Director of Enrollment

The Director of Enrollment is a full-time position within the Institutional Advancement Department responsible for managing all aspects of NDA's recruitment and enrollment process. The Director of Enrollment works with others at NDA to promote the mission and vision of Notre Dame Academy to prospective families and the broader community ensuring the school's growth and stability.

This position reports to: Executive Director of Institutional Advancement

Supporting staff: Enrollment Coordinator

Position requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Experience in admissions, enrollment management or related fields
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• A passion for data management and analysis
• Experience in Excel, and/or CRM databases
• A commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated on enrollment management best practices and industry trends.

Some weekend and weeknight work required.

This position reports to the President of Notre Dame Academy. Notre Dame Academy is a Catholic, all-girls high school sponsored by the Sisters of Notre Dame with a rich tradition of faith, excellence and community.
