Principal at Wynn Habersham Elementary School

The Campbell County Board of Education is seeking a highly qualified, student-focused educational leader to serve as Principal at Wynn Habersham Elementary School. The successful candidate will provide instructional leadership, promote a positive school culture, support student achievement, and oversee the daily operations of the school.

• Valid Tennessee instructional leader license
• Successful teaching and/or administrative experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and the community
• Knowledge of curriculum, instruction, assessment, and school improvement practices

• Provide leadership for the overall instructional program and school operations
• Foster a safe, positive, and student-centered learning environment
• Support and evaluate faculty and staff performance
• Use data to guide school improvement and student achievement efforts
• Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal policies and procedures
• Promote effective communication with families and community stakeholders
• Manage school discipline, budgeting, scheduling, and daily operations
