Job Description
This is a full-time temporary assignment. Continued employment is expected through September 30, 2026, subject to business needs.
Position Overview
- Under general supervision responsible for providing support in the coordination, completion, tracking, and evaluation of key elements and processes of the DUF6 project training programs. The specific work assignment may include duties or activities to support the organization in one or more of the following functional areas, in addition to other duties as assigned:
- Assists with providing training administrative support to organizations to assist with the development, implementation, and evaluation of training program documents
- Supports the evaluation of training programs/profiles/qualification cards to ensure employees are qualified to perform their jobs, and are in compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, specifications, laws and regulations
- Ensures the training implementation matrix (TIM) is accurate
- Contributes input to the contracting organization on training requirements for subcontractors
- Generates training reports
- Aids in locating external training resources
- Helps monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness
- Assists with periodic training program assessments
- Reports training delinquencies and deficiencies
- Promotes training program strengths/successes through closure of issues, assessment findings/observations and trends for continuous improvements
- Serves as a point-of-contact for training assessments and surveillances
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Training, Education or related discipline or equivalent
- Courses in education or training that focus on instructional analysis, design, development, delivery and testing, as well as evaluation of training programs (if not included in baccalaureate course material)
- 1+ years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required
