We are seeking a caring, compassionate, student-centered individual to join our team at Austin Tracy Elementary. The successful candidate will be organized, flexible, a team player, and willing to support the needs of all students. The role specifically supports students with emotional behavior disorders and other special needs, helping them engage in their learning experiences and creating a positive, loving environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist teachers and students to meet instructional goals, support classroom activities, provide individual or small group support for students with emotional behavior disorders, maintain a supportive environment, report student progress to parents and staff, and collaborate with the instructional team.
