  • Plans Instruction
    • Plans instruction that develops students' abilities to use communication skills.
    • Plans instruction that allows the student to apply core concepts.
    • Plans instruction that enables students to become self-sufficient individuals.
    • Plans instruction that enables students to become responsible team members.
    • Plans instruction that enables students to think and solve problems.
    • Follows the guidelines of the school for lesson plan format.
  • Maintains Learning Climate
