Salary: $20.00 - $25.00 hourly

Schedule:

Available Tuesdays and Thursdays, 1:00 pm–5:00 pm

• Assist students with the skills associated with the scope of practice for their designated subject
• Assist the lead instructor to evaluate, report and record student performance and progress
• Assist the lead instructor with all required skill labs, grading class assignments and exams
• Prepare students for an externship
• Assist students in developing an understanding of values, attitudes, and ideals appropriate to the health-care profession
• Provide a professional role model for students
• Maintain current knowledge in the subject area and effective teaching/learning strategies

• Licensed Pharmacy Technician
• 1 year experience in the pharmacy field (preferred)
• Teaching and/or supervisory experience desirable
• Energetic and able to deliver instruction passionately
• Efficient with computers and technology
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Must understand all pharmacy related medical math concepts and be able to teach them to a class
