Position Summary

Preschool Teacher at The Learning Experience. Join our team to create a positive, engaging learning environment for preschool children and help them grow, learn, and thrive.

We cultivate a dynamic classroom that uses the proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum along with engaging characters to make learning fun. Our curriculum focuses on the six ages and stages of early childhood development and encourages hands‑on learning activities.

$18.00 – $20.00 per hour. State licensing requirements apply.

• Be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment for children.
• Implement the proprietary L.E.A.P curriculum using engaging characters, making learning fun.
• Build relationships with families and colleagues, creating a dynamic environment where play and learning happen seamlessly.
• Communicate regularly with parents, sharing children's adventures and achievements through various avenues, including mobile apps and personal discussions.

• Genuine passion for the education and care of children.
• Preferred:
  One year of professional teaching experience;
  
  Required:
  
  Six months of professional teaching experience.
• Preferred:
  Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field;
  
  Required:
  
  High school diploma or GED.
