The Honors College at NKU is seeking part‑time adjunct faculty. Faculty members will teach honors courses. These positions report to the Associate Dean of the Honors College.
Duties- Teach between three and nine hours (1–3 classes) of college writing and/or reading per semester.
- Provide support to students through office hours.
- Align assignments and curriculum with programmatic and university student learning outcomes.
- Master’s or PhD.
- Experience teaching writing/reading and/or working with first‑year college students.
- Experience with interdisciplinary research and learning.
The pay for a three‑credit course varies slightly based on years of experience and education but is projected to be between $2,700 and $3,000.
