Immediate start.

• Must hold a valid Kentucky Teaching Certification in the area stated above.
• Have the ability to develop and implement the IEP for individual students.
• Ability to implement ALLSTARS Standards for Pre-school.
• Administer required assessments.
• Have knowledge of Kentucky Preschool Standards and Regulations.
• Must have knowledge of curriculum and best teaching strategies for improving student learning as defined by KY Teaching Standards.
• Must be available to participate in PD training sessions to increase Kindergarten Readiness Skills.
• Must have knowledge/implementation of ARC meetings and Transition Process for students exiting First Steps.
• Must have strong classroom management skills and the ability to communicate and establish routines appropriate for preschool students.
• Have the ability to develop a positive, professional relationship with students, teachers, administrators, and parents.
• Willingness to participate in extra‑curricular activities related to RSES.
• Must successfully complete all required employment forms/applications.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisors and required by regulations.
• Render health services as necessary after appropriate training.
