• appropriate kentucky certification

to provide professional development and coaching around response to intervention and identified needs to fully implement the district improvement plan; to model academic and behavioral interventions; to assist with data analysis and progress monitoring for academic and behavioral interventions; to provide coaching, mentoring, and technical assistance/consultation for classroom teachers and students, with emphasis on effective instructional practices; to assist in developing, implementing and monitoring the district curriculum and benchmark assessments at the building level.

• kentucky teacher certification and a rank ii/master's degree
• minimum of six years successful teaching experience

• facilitate curriculum and benchmark assessment development/refinement work at the district and building levels
• assist teachers in developing and implementing formative assessment practices that are aligned to curriculum maps and pacing guides
• provide individualized, classroom-based coaching with participants to support them in implementing good instructional practices.
