Reports to the Head Athletic Coach.

• Teaching and coaching student-athletes in the fundamentals and techniques of wrestling.
• Building and strengthening cross-campus relationships.
• Developing and implementing practice plans.
• Providing individual and team instruction.
• Conducting large group instruction.
• Meeting with individual student-athletes.
• Supporting the nutritional development of student-athletes.
• Performing video analysis.
• Recruiting and retaining academically and athletically qualified student-athletes.

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• USA Wrestling Bronze and Teal Certifications preferred.
• Candidates must demonstrate integrity and leadership.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to lead and work both independently and collaboratively.
• Maintain confidentiality, show initiative, manage multiple projects, and handle frequent interruptions while maintaining an organized workflow.
• Ability to work effectively in a diverse environment and mentor student-athletes.
