Job Description:
Monticello Schools is seeking enthusiastic individuals to work as Substitute Paraprofessionals / Education Support Specialist with students to provide education support.
Essential
Skills Required:
- Considerable ability to follow oral and written instruction, to complete daily activities according to work schedule
- Driven to meet needs with a positive attitude and in a timely manner
- Maintain confidentiality of information about students
Experience working with diverse students and families
Required Qualifications (one of the following):
Those interested in the position that do not meet one of the required qualifications are still encouraged to apply as the Para Educator Test can be completed during the application/interview process.
- 60 semester college credits
- Passing Score on the Para Educator test
Substitute Rate for School Year
Education Support Specialist (ESS): $19.75/hour
