College Track is seeking a College Counselor & Advisor to lead the LEAD curriculum and college readiness programming for approximately 120 high school scholars. You will support scholarship exploration of purpose, leadership development, and successful college enrollment.
You will collaborate with site teams and families to co-create a scholar-centered experience, using data-driven methods to refine counseling strategies while ensuring equitable access to higher education.
