The Office of the Registrar is seeking an Articulation Coordinator to support the development, implementation, maintenance, and communication of articulation agreements, transfer pathways, and transfer-related academic records. The position collaborates with academic departments, Enrollment Management, Academic Advising, community colleges, CSU campuses, and external partners to support student transfer success.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate the review, implementation, maintenance, and communication of articulation agreements and transfer pathways
- Maintain accurate articulation data and transfer equivalencies within ASSIST, TES, People Soft, university websites, and other transfer-related systems
- Research curriculum information and support statewide transfer initiatives, including ADT, C-, and CSU General Education requirements
- Interpret and apply university, CSU, and state policies related to transfer credit, General Education, and articulation processes
- Provide training, resources, and consultation to faculty, advisors, admissions staff, evaluators, and other campus stakeholders
- Knowledge of clear, audience-appropriate communication practices for students, faculty, and staff, while maintaining a student-centered approach
- General awareness of emerging technologies, including artificial intelligence (AI), and a willingness to develop skills in their appropriate, responsible, and ethical use in a higher education environment, consistent with institutional policies and practices.
- Working knowledge of articulation practices, transfer credit evaluation, curriculum structures, General Education requirements, Associate Degrees for Transfer, and statewide transfer initiatives
- Knowledge of higher education policies, procedures, and administrative practices
- Ability to interpret and apply academic policies, regulations, and procedures
- Ability to analyze complex information, identify issues, and develop practical solutions
- Ability to coordinate projects and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with database systems, spreadsheets, reporting tools, and office productivity software
- Ability to learn and effectively utilize systems including ASSIST, TES, People Soft, and related applications
- Commitment to accuracy, customer service, and student-centered practices
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse and inclusive environment
- A bachelor's degree and/or equivalent training
- Two (2) years of administrative work experience involving study, analysis, and/or evaluation leading to the development or improvement of administrative policies, procedures, practices, or programs
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Two to three years of experience in higher education, enrollment services, transfer credit evaluation, academic advising, curriculum services, registrar functions, or a related area
- Experience interpreting academic policies, degree requirements, transfer credit, or curriculum information.
- Experience with articulation systems such as ASSIST, TES, C-, People Soft, or comparable higher education technologies
- Experience coordinating projects, maintaining complex databases, or managing operational processes involving multiple stakeholders

7)
CSU Salary Range: $5,274/month - $7,684/month (Step 1 – Step 20)
