The Department of Family and Community Medicine invites applications for a full-time faculty position at the rank of Assistant or Associate Professor. We seek an innovative educator and scholar with expertise in epidemiology, biostatistics, population health, quality improvement, social determinants of health, and related areas that advance health equity and community well‑being. The successful candidate will contribute to teaching, curriculum development, student mentoring, scholarly activity, and service within an interdisciplinary health professions education environment.

The faculty member will contribute to curriculum design, implementation, and continuous quality improvement, playing a key role in preparing future healthcare professionals to understand and address the behavioral, social, environmental, and systemic factors that influence health outcomes. Specific areas of instruction will include epidemiology, population health, health services research, quality improvement and patient safety, social determinants of health, health equity and health disparities, community and public health, evidence-based practice, and health care systems and policy.

Full-time non-tenure track faculty position with primary curricular and teaching responsibilities within the College of Medicine (COM) in the Department of Family and Community Medicine. Requires knowledge and oversight of contemporary curriculum delivery, content development, evaluation, and performance outcomes with primary teaching responsibilities in behavioral and social sciences areas critical to the pre-clerkship and/or clerkship phases of an undergraduate medical education program.
