** Immersive Learning Student Employee - Recruitment Ambassador
**** About this Opportunity
** This position is part of Ensign College's Immersive Learning Student Employment Program. The focus of this program is giving student employees opportunities to gain real-world, career applicable skills and experience, reinforced with integrated mentoring and a course (CAR
295) that includes a College Wide Capability based project.

As a participant in this program, student employees will:
* Enroll in CAR 295R (0.5 credit) each semester they are employed (up to three semesters).
* Complete a College Wide Capability Project each semester that connects workplace experiences with professional learning and career development.
* Participate in periodic program assessments that help the College evaluate the impact of the Immersive Learning experience.
** Position Summary
** Recruitment Ambassadors are student leaders who represent Ensign College by connecting with prospective students, families, schools, and community partners through outreach, recruitment, and campus engagement. This position provides meaningful, career
-connected employment that develops professional skills in communication, public speaking, event planning, digital marketing, customer engagement, leadership, and project management while supporting the mission of Ensign College.

Students gain hands-on experience through campus tours, recruitment events, presentations, outreach campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives that prepare them for future careers across a variety of industries.

This position fulfills Ensign College's commitment to providing meaningful, knowledge- and skill-building employment experiences that foster professional growth and career readiness.
** Primary Responsibilities
*** Represent Ensign College at recruitment events, community outreach activities, high schools, and campus visits.
* Lead engaging campus tours and confidently present information to individuals and groups.
* Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing recruitment events and outreach initiatives.
* Create authentic digital content and support recruitment marketing campaigns through photography, video, social media, and storytelling.
* Build meaningful relationships with prospective students through phone, email, text, and in-person communication.
* Support Admissions Office operations, customer service, and special projects.
* Collaborate with Admissions staff to develop innovative ideas that enhance recruitment, outreach, and the visitor experience.

*** Be currently enrolled as an Ensign College student taking at least 6 credits (3 per block) and in good academic standing.
