Location: Northern
McColm & Company in Arlington, VA seeks a Senior - Subject Matter Expert to instruct a 5-day Caribbean course for NFATC on-site mid-June 2026.
The instructor will deliver lectures, coordinate with Area Studies Chair, manage guest speakers, ensure materials are current, and assess student learning using diverse methods.
PhD preferred;
Master's required; fluent English; strong instructional design and online delivery experience a plus.
