The Henrico Education Foundation is seeking a Program Director to manage the 21st C After school Program at Highland Springs Elementary School, ensuring a safe, enriching environment in line with HEF mission and policies.
Responsibilities include staff hiring and training, program planning, licensing compliance, attendance/tracking in Eleyo, and building strong relationships with Henrico County Public Schools, families, and community partners. On-site, Mon-Fri 10a-6p, 40 hours weekly.
