- Hourly Rate $34.6556 + 12% Superannuation + 9 day fortnight
- Certificate 3 Trained Early Childhood Educator (Long Day Care)
- Rotating roster between 6:53 am - 6:15 pm

The role:
Support high-quality early learning in a welcoming, inclusive environment.
Whitehorse City Council is seeking motivated Certificate III Educators to contribute to play-based learning across our long day care and integrated kindergarten services within Whitehorse Early Learning Services (WELS).
As a valued member of our team, you will:
Support the delivery of engaging, play-based learning experiences for children
Contribute to creating safe, inclusive and nurturing environments
Work collaboratively with educators and teachers to implement programs and routines
Build positive, respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues
Bring a proactive, caring and flexible approach to every day
About you:
A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification)
Understanding of the Education and Care Services National Law, Regulations and the VEYLDF
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
Current Working with Children Check (Employee)
National Criminal History Check
First Aid Level 2 and CPR
Anaphylaxis and Asthma Management certification
