Physical Education Teacher
We are seeking an Adaptive PE Teacher for Schramm Educational Center and Rogers Academy. You will be responsible for developing students' physical skills and abilities, strength, agility, coordination, and teamwork.
Ability to adapt, modify, and differentiate PE activities, equipment and instructional strategies to accommodate a wide range of disabilities.
Create a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment for students with a variety of mobility, sensory, and behavioral needs.
QualificationsBachelors Degree from an accredited college or university in education discipline applicable to the teaching assignment.
Adaptive PE Endorsement; willing to assist the right candidate with acquiring
Experience working with student with disabilities (mild to severe) a plus
Salary/BenefitsPay is per the collective bargaining agreement
