The candidate should enjoy building relationships with families, kids, and teens, and live on-site in the parsonage as part of compensation.
The role requires a mature faith, integrity, and a commitment to the Great Commission, with 3–5 years of pastoral experience and a Bible-related degree; willingness to pursue a Master’s degree.
