Location: Northern
We’re hiring Full-Time Paraprofessionals (PCAs) to provide 1:1 academic and behavioral support for a student with special needs in the Reading, PA area. You’ll work alongside school staff to help the student stay focused, engaged, and successful throughout the school day.
Location: Reading, PA
Schedule: Monday-Friday. School hours

Immediate
Pay: $20.00–$23.00/hour
Qualifications- High School Diploma required
- Experience working with K–12 students in a classroom required
- Current PA Clearances (within 1 year)
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Current TB test & Physical
- Reliable transportation
- Provide 1:1 classroom and behavioral support
- Implement the student’s IEP and behavior support plan
- Encourage participation and engagement throughout the school day
- Assist during classroom activities, transitions, lunch, recess, and field trips
- Document student progress and communicate with teachers and support staff
- Assist with personal care or mobility needs when required
- Attend required meetings and trainings
- Help maintain a safe, positive learning environment
