You excel at helping students develop self-motivation, guiding them toward graduation and career readiness, especially those who need to recover credit or are at risk of dropping out.

You are a collaborative problem-solver who can effectively support general education teachers with learning strategies, differentiated instruction, and accommodations.
You are data-driven, possessing a strong ability to gather, analyze, and interpret student data to personalize instruction, address learning gaps, and make sound educational decisions.

Responsibilities Instruction & Student SupportProvide specially designed instruction in the resource room, or in general education classrooms as determined by students' needs and outlined in their IEP.
Design and facilitate in-person and online individualized educational support services.
Maintain a caseload of advisees, meeting regularly to review Grad Planners, Success Plans, track student Industry Recognized Credential (IRC) participation, and facilitate the OMJ Readiness Seal.
Teach and/or facilitate Industry Recognized Credential(s) within your building during the CTE block.
Employ data (including EOC and STAR data) to personalize instruction, implement math and ELA evidence-based practices, and help students fill learning gaps.
Establish and maintain a positive rapport with students and families, participating in student retention and engagement events.
Develop, write, and complete required special education documents (IEPs, ETRs) for the State, sponsor, and parents in a timely manner to ensure compliance.
