School-Based ASL Sign Language Interpreter Position for the  school year – In-Person 1:1 Interpreting for a student.

Hello ASL Interpreters! Come work with a woman and therapist run company doing what you love! Ampersand Therapy is hiring a Sign Language Interpreter for the  school year in the Glendale, AZ area. We’re seeking passionate and collaborative professionals who are excited to make a meaningful impact in the school-based setting.

• Competitive pay ($40-45/hour)
• W-2 employment with liability insurance included
• 401(k) with company match
• Reimbursement for licensure, CEUs, and professional expenses
• Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses
• Mentorship and ongoing support from school-based professionals

* Benefits apply to 0.8 FTE and above after a short waiting period.

• Hold an EIPA (Educational Interpreter Performance Assessment) score of 3.0 or higher
• RID certification, OR NAD Level III certification
• Experience in school-based settings preferred
