We focus on fair compensation and exceptional support through our Service Managers. 75% of our clinicians have been with us for over 3 years, reflecting the consistency and support we provide.

Our mission is to ensure students receive the services they need to succeed—while creating a more sustainable, supported environment for the clinicians who make that possible.

Compensation & Pay Structure

  • Annual Loyalty Bonus

  • Clear expectations – Defined workflows and documentation standards
  • Real support – Dedicated Service Manager who advocates for YOU with schools and supports you day-to-day, along with structured onboarding and consistent, responsive communication

  • Fair compensation – You’re paid for sessions, documentation, and no-shows—not just time in session
  • Flexibility – Choose to work as a Hello Hero employee or independent contractor, with part-time and full-time options. While services are delivered during school hours, you’ll have flexibility in how you manage your day and caseload
  • Streamlined technology – Sessions are delivered through our proprietary platform, simplifying scheduling, documentation, and service delivery
  • Efficient scheduling tools – Our platform includes auto-scheduling capabilities for many assignments, reducing time spent coordinating sessions
  • Opportunities for growth – Flexibility to build and expand your caseload over time based on your preferences and availability
