The Maryland Rural Development Corporation (MRDC) is seeking a Head Start Teacher to implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for preschool children ages 3–5, fostering social, intellectual, physical, and emotional development in line with Head Start standards.
Collaborating with the Site Supervisor and MRDC team, the teacher will manage portfolios, implement behavior plans, and engage families while promoting a nurturing learning environment and teamwork.
