Location: Northern
Sandy Spring Museum is seeking DMV artists to create permanent outdoor installations as functional art on the museum grounds, such as seating, gathering spaces, bike racks, and other creative site features.
This is a paid opportunity. Each selected artist will receive a $1,000 honorarium to develop a comprehensive proposal, and the museum will provide $15,000–$25,000 in funding for the fabrication of each selected installation.
Submit a Phase I application by September 18, 2026
