Location: Northern
Guidepost Montessori in Wilton, CT is seeking warm, dependable individuals for our Flexible Classroom Support (On-Call) team to assist during planned teacher absences and PTO coverage, while contributing to a calm, Montessori environment.
This on-call, as-needed role offers advance scheduling typically two weeks to one month ahead, supports classrooms serving children aged 0–6, and provides a pathway for those who later move into full-time Assistant Teacher positions.
