The Garden Progressive Montessori seeks a dedicated educator to co-lead a Primary (3-6) classroom with another trained guide. You’ll create a thoughtful classroom environment, observe developmental needs, and build strong relationships with families.
We value authenticity, calmness, and a willingness to engage with children’s curiosity, including outdoor learning and hands-on activities. Training progression is supported within a close-knit team.
