In Person, Middlesex County, MA - School Year: 2026/2027
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) based on student assessments and needs.
- Deliver specialized instruction aligned with state standards and student learning goals.
- Modify curriculum, assignments, and assessments to support diverse learners.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families to support student success.
- Participate in IEP meetings, team meetings, and professional development opportunities.
- Implement behavior management strategies and intervention plans as needed.
- Create a structured, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
- Massachusetts DESE licensure in Moderate Disabilities (PreK–8 or appropriate early childhood level) required.
- Experience working with children ages 3–5.
- Experience working with students with a range of learning and behavioral needs.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to differentiate instruction and adapt teaching strategies to meet diverse student needs.
