The Masters Programs Office includes the following programs:
Master of Professional Accountancy (MPAc), Master of Finance (MFin), Master of Business Analytics (MSBA), Part-time Online Master Science of Business Analytics (PTOMSBA), Master of Innovation and Entrepreneurship (MIE), Master in Management, Master of Science in Bio Tech Management, the Full-time MBA, Flex MBA, and Executive MBA Programs. The Program Services department closely partners with Recruitment and Admissions and Career Services teams.

The Associate Director of Program Services is responsible for all aspects of program management and coordination of activities related to the Paul Merage School of Business Program Services Office. Further, is responsible for all academic advising to the students in the Masters Programs including academic probation, registration, add/drops waivers and substitutions, and leaves of absence. Should also have basic knowledge of U.S. visa and immigration procedures, and employment eligibility to advise admitted international students and/or provide resources to further assist the students.
The Associate Director is also responsible for advising students on professional certification requirements, tracking students' progress in the program and for ensuring that program requirements are met. Plans and implements high-engagement student events, such as orientation and commencement celebration events. Under the direction of the Director of Program Services, monitors course scheduling effectiveness for the programs and curricular coordination; works collaboratively with faculty, staff, and other campus departments on issues relating to the Masters Programs.

- Bachelor's degree in related area and / or equivalent experience / training
Preferred:
- Knowledge of University-specific computer application programs and knowledge of University and departmental principles and procedures involved in risk assessment and evaluating risks as to likelihood and consequences.
- Basic knowledge of student immigration and visa processes pertaining to international students and scholars.
- Knowledge of University processes and procedures.
- Understanding of University rules and regulations.
- 3-5 years of work experience
Special Conditions:
- Must be available to work occasional nights and weekends.
- Must be available to work in office a minimum of 3 days/week.
