Support customer service efforts across strategic enrollment management (SEM) which includes admissions and recruitment, financial aid and the registrar. Facilitate campus tours for prospective students, families, supporters, counselors, and community-based organizations. Represent Cal Poly at select on- and off-campus outreach and recruitment events. Staff the front desk in Mayo Hall. Answer SEM emails and phones. Complete SEM data entry/analysis and research projects.
Complete on-campus errands as needed. Other duties as assigned.
Cal Poly Maritime Academy, located in Vallejo, California, is the only degree-granting maritime academy on the West Coast and a nationally recognized public maritime university on the Solano Campus of California Polytechnic State University. It prepares students for leadership roles in maritime operations, engineering, logistics, business, global supply chains and national security. Through Cal Poly's Learn by Doing philosophy, students train hands-on in classrooms and labs and aboard the Training Ship Golden Bear.

- Complete office related tasks (Staff the front desk in Mayo Hall. Answer SEM emails and phones. Complete SEM data entry/analysis and research projects. Complete on-campus errands as needed.)
- Staff recruitment events (represent Cal Poly at select on- and off-campus outreach and recruitment events)
