JOB DESCRIPTION:
STUDENT WORKER JOB CLASS CODE: 7788
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1. Must maintain good attendance at school
- 2. Student Worker must maintain a passing level in all classes
- 3. Shall be friendly and courteous at all times
- 4. Must be attentive, supportive, kind and positive with the children at all times
Immediate Supervisor JOB GOAL:
To gain valuable work experience, develop essential skills such as communication, teamwork, and time management, and contribute positively to the success of Owen County schools while balancing academic commitments.
PERFORMANCE RESPONSIBILITIES:Hourly rate set annually by the Board of Education.
EVALUATION:Performance will be evaluated in accordance with the provisions of the Board’s Policy on Evaluation of Personnel.
