Salary Range: $12.00 - $13.00
Our Half Day Preschool serves children ages 2 through Junior Kindergarten, and we are currently seeking caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Preschool Teachers to join our team. Current openings include positions working primarily with our 2-year-old and 3-year-old classrooms, as well as a flexible classroom support position that assists teachers and children throughout all age groups.
Preschool Teachers help create positive learning experiences through age-appropriate activities, daily classroom routines, play, and meaningful interactions with children. Our teachers work collaboratively as a team to maintain safe and welcoming classrooms, build positive relationships with children and families, and support the overall success of our preschool program.
We are looking for individuals who genuinely enjoy working with young children, are patient and dependable, and understand the importance of teamwork and flexibility. Whether working primarily in one classroom or providing support throughout the program, every member of our preschool team plays an important role in helping children feel safe, supported, and excited to learn.
Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred. - Previous experience in a preschool or early learning setting preferred.
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications (or ability to obtain within 60 days of hire).
- Strong communication, organizational, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to relate effectively to diverse groups of children and families.

Regularly required to stand, walk, sit on the floor, and interact with children at their level.
Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, including children and classroom equipment.
Visual and auditory ability to monitor the environment and respond to children’s needs and emergencies.
Work is performed in a classroom and outdoor play setting with moderate to high noise levels.
