Location: Northern
The YMCA is hiring an Inclusion Aide to support youth with disabilities at Hilltop Elementary School in McHenry, IL and Johnsburg Elementary School in Johnsburg, IL. You will provide 1:1 support, promote participation and skill-building, and collaborate with staff and families to ensure inclusive experiences.
Responsibilities include modeling positive behavior, maintaining a safe environment, and upholding the YMCA’s commitment to inclusion and child safety.
