Pre-K Licensed Education provides education to children within inclusive classroom environments. Participates in development and implementation of curriculum; deliver personalized instruction to each child by encouraging interactive learning; may design and establish Individualized Educational Plans (IEPs), develops, integrates and monitors daily and long-term developmental and educational planning in order to meet goals of each child's IEP. Assess the accomplishments of children on a regular basis, provide feedback and progress reporting as required.

Serves as a child advocate to ensure social, emotional, physical and educational needs of children are met. Collaborates with school districts to ensure children's educational needs are being met.

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced degree in relevant field may be desirable.
• Active Educator Licensure from Ohio Dept of Education as Early Childhood Intervention Specialist or in Early Childhood Education with supplemental endorsement in Prekindergarten Special Needs required; certification in learning & behavioral disorders preferred.
• 0 years of relevant experience required.
• Experience working with children with developmental disabilities required; current first aid, communicable diseases, & child abuse recognition certifications required or acquired within 120 days of hire; current immunizations required.

• Will collaborate with the Early Intervention team to support children with IEP's in a preschool setting.
