POSITION TITLE: Associate, Admissions and Enrollment Management -- Career Accelerator

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

Per Scholas seeks an Associate, Admissions and Enrollment Management, to drive the successful enrollment and onboarding of learners across Career Accelerator’s growing portfolio of technical training programs. This role manages an assigned portfolio of accepted learners from offer acceptance through enrollment, ensuring learners complete all required milestones and are fully prepared to begin their programs. You will serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the enrollment journey, providing proactive communication, removing barriers, and delivering a seamless, learner-centered experience.

You are a highly organized, results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by measurable enrollment goals. You build trust quickly, communicate with clarity and consistency, and can effectively manage a high volume of learner interactions while maintaining strong attention to detail. You will maintain accurate learner and pipeline data in Salesforce, proactively identify enrollment risks, and collaborate across Admissions & Enrollment, instructional, operations, and other teams to ensure successful cohort launches.

This is an execution-focused role for someone energized by helping learners take the next step toward career mobility while contributing to the growth and operational excellence of Career Accelerator.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Manage an assigned portfolio of accepted learners from offer acceptance through enrollment and program start.
• Guide learners through required enrollment milestones, including seat acceptance, agreements, documentation, technology, employment, and payment verification.
• Conduct proactive outreach via phone, email, SMS, and virtual meetings to maintain learner engagement and momentum.
• Build strong learner relationships and serve as a trusted resource throughout enrollment and onboarding.
• Respond to learner questions and proactively identify and resolve barriers that may delay enrollment.
• Monitor learner progress against deadlines and intervene when learners are at risk of missing milestones.
• Communicate program expectations, requirements, deadlines, next steps, and associated financial, technology, scheduling, and other commitments.
