CSUN seeks a tenure-track Assistant Professor as Director of Forensics in the Department of Communication Studies. The successful candidate will teach undergraduate and graduate courses, remain active in the discipline, and develop evidence-backed debate pedagogy with a scholarly agenda for publication.
The role requires coaching debate formats (NDT/CEDA Policy, Collegiate Advocacy Research Debate, Lincoln-Douglas, Public Forum), coordinating forensics travel, and mentoring diverse students.
