Indian River State College is seeking passionate and knowledgeable professionals to join our faculty as an Adjunct Instructor in Psychology. This position is open only to candidates who reside in the following states:
Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Idaho, Mississippi, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, and Virginia. Preparing, instructing, and grading all class coursework;
Using college and publisher LMS platforms;
Assigning final grades and recording attendance;
Communicating with students in a timely manner.

• Instructing assigned classes;
• Grading all quizzes, tests, and written assignments;
• Assigning final grades and delivering grades and grade justification sheets;
• Maintaining a safe and effective classroom environment;
• Responding to student inquiries regarding course content, grading, and other academic concerns;
• Collaborating with department colleagues as necessary;
• Completing other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Required: Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution in Psychology, or a Master’s degree from a regionally accredited institution with a minimum of eighteen (18) graduate hours in Psychology. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written;
