Classroom Management Trainer; K-12): Independent Contractor

Classroom management is where teaching careers are saved or lost, and it has been our specialty for more than thirty years.

The Center for Teacher Effectiveness (Time To Teach) began in 1993 and has since trained over 400,000 educators in every state, with classroom management as the flagship of everything we offer. Schools book us because the strategies hold up on an ordinary Tuesday with an ordinary class, and we are adding trainers to meet that demand.

Your responsibilities:

• Present our classroom management program to PK-12 faculties in public, private, and charter schools
• Deliver from complete materials and session designs we supply
• Bring your own hard-won classroom stories to make it land
• Manage your own calendar as a 1099 contractor

Your compensation:

Commission based. Every full training day pays at least $1,000, with many paying more, and your annual total reflects how many days you choose to take. There is no hourly wage in this role.

Your profile:

• Current or retired teacher, dean, administrator, or behavior specialist with a strong management track record
• A four-year degree or higher in education or a related discipline
• Confidence and credibility in front of adult learners
