El Rancho High School Color Guard is seeking a technician to join our instructional staff for the season.
We are preferably looking for someone available Wednesdays and Thursdays who can attend our class period from 1:50-3:30 PM, as well as evening rehearsals on those days.
Prior teaching experience is a plus, but we’re also open to experienced performers who are interested in getting into teaching and would be a good fit with our students and staff.
Preferred qualifications:- Color guard performance and/or instructional experience
- Strong understanding of movement and equipment technique
- Weapon experience (rifle/sabre) strongly preferred
- Comfortable working with high school students of varying experience levels
- Reliable, positive, and able to collaborate with existing staff
