JOB SUMMARY:

Post University seeks an innovative and hands-on professional to serve as the Director, Academic Technology & Digital Learning Experience. This position is responsible for advancing the University’s academic technology ecosystem through the evaluation, implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of technologies that support teaching, learning, student engagement, and academic success.

Working closely with faculty, academic leadership, Information Technology, engineers, and external partners, the Director identifies opportunities for improvement, manages technology initiatives, and delivers solutions that enhance the student and faculty experience.

The position is responsible for managing technology-related projects, supporting system enhancements, evaluating emerging tools, coordinating implementation efforts, monitoring performance and adoption metrics, and ensuring alignment between academic priorities and technology capabilities. The Director serves as a key partner in driving innovation through execution, delivering measurable improvements that enhance learning outcomes, and operational effectiveness.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Artificial Intelligence & Emerging Technologies

Evaluate, pilot, and implement artificial intelligence and emerging technology solutions that support teaching, learning, student success, and institutional effectiveness.

Design and manage proof-of-concept initiatives; pilot programs to assess scalability, effectiveness, impact, and risk.

Develop practical guidance, resources, and recommendations that support responsible and effective AI adoption.
