About This Position
We're hiring a Demand Generation Campaign Manager to own the build and execution of our demand generation campaigns. Working directly with our Head of Corporate Marketing, this is a hands-on role: the large majority of your time will go to building, running, and measuring campaigns in Hub Spot, from segmentation and workflow construction through reporting and analysis.
You'll work at the seam between marketing and sales, owning the operational layer beneath our lead management process—scoring, routing, lifecycle progression, and the feedback loop that turns what sales learns in qualification into sharper targeting. We're a small team that extends its capacity through external partners and contractors, so the role is broad by design and you'll have real influence over how campaigns run.
We work AI-first. Our marketing team runs Claude with connectors into Hub Spot, Salesforce, and Webflow, which means we interrogate our own campaign data conversationally, draft and iterate assets, and research accounts without delay. You'll be expected to work this way from the start and to keep finding new applications for how we drive pipeline growth.
Clinical laboratory experience is a plus. Hands-on experience building campaigns in Hub Spot Marketing Hub is required, as is genuine fluency with AI as part of how you work, see more below.
What You'll Do
- Build and execute demand generation campaigns in Hub Spot end to end: emails, workflows, landing pages, forms, lists, and campaign structure, with QA on everything that ships. AI is how you move fast here, drafting full nurture sequences from a campaign brief and iterating variants, generating and stress-testing workflow logic, and producing subject line variants for testing.
- Build the segmented, persona-level lists our campaigns run against, downstream of the prioritized target account list our commercial team maintains. Use AI to research those accounts for digital pathology maturity and buying window signals, then turn what you find into segments we can actually campaign against.
- Own the operations beneath marketing and sales SLAs, including scoring, routing, lifecycle progression, and recycling logic, and close the loop with inside sales so what's learned in qualification sharpens how we target. Our business systems team owns Salesforce and the integration; you own the Hub Spot side.
- Own the campaign layer around our industry conference program, from pre-event invitations
