Director of Children Services
The Vermont Association for the Blind and Visually Impaired (VABVI) seeks a Director of Children Services. VABVI is the only private, nonprofit, statewide agency, providing training, service and support to infants, children and adults of all ages throughout Vermont. The successful candidate will possess at minimum, a current state-issued License for a Teacher of Students with Visual Impairment (TSVI) and at least five years’ experience as a provider, ideally possessing experience in supervision and leadership.
They must demonstrate the ability to support staff, direct the Children Services Programs, promote awareness of services, build community partnerships, and assist in efforts to develop and maintain sustainable programs.

Preferred South Burlington VT. - Salary range: $75,000 to $90,000 depending on experience.
