Associate Degree or Course Equivalent Preferred
Experience preferred but not required
REPORTS TO:
Building Principal and Director of Special Services
SALARY: starting at $15.00 per hour (dependent upon education)
JOB GOAL:
To foster a school environment favorable to learning and personal growth
by assisting students in meeting their fullest potential; to establish
effective rapport with pupils; to motivate pupils to develop skills, attitudes
and knowledge needed to provide a good foundation for education in
accordance with each pupil’s ability; and to establish good relationships with
parents, community, and with other staff members.
EVALUATION:
Performance of this position will be evaluated in accordance with the
provisions of the Board’s policy on Evaluation of Professional Personnel.
