You’ll be part of theK-5team, working closely with dedicated elementary school teachers across content areas, academic success coaches, school counselors, instructional coaches and school leadership. This team is responsible for delivering rigorous, standards-aligned science instruction to elementary school learners, building scientific reasoning, inquiry skills, and the critical thinking that prepares every student for high school and beyond.

In this role, your work will directly impact students and familiesbymeeting students where they are. You’ll help nurture academic growth, build confidence, and support the whole child, contributing to Primavera’s mission in a meaningful and visible way.

While no two days are exactly the same, you can expect to:

• Deliver engaging, standards-aligned science instruction through virtual sessions, small groups, and one-on-one check-ins; adapt pacing and strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of K-5 school students
• Monitor student progress, attendance, academic integrity, and engagement—using data to make informed instructional decisions and provide timely, meaningful feedback
• Develop and implement individualized learning goals, differentiate instruction for diverse learners, and design and grade assessments that measure scientific understanding and prepare students for standardized testing
• Partner with academic student success coaches, school counselors, administrators, instructional coaches and families to support the academic, social-emotional, and behavioral needs of every student
• Use online learning platforms, student information systems, and communication tools to manage instruction, documentation, family outreach, and professional collaboration
• This position requires availability to work core business hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Arizona time, Monday through Friday.
