Responsibilities- Plan and deliver high-quality instruction aligned with academic standards
- Develop engaging and effective lesson plans
- Assess and monitor student progress
- Provide support based on individual student learning needs
- Maintain effective classroom management and encourage positive student behavior
- Collaborate with teachers and administrators to support school-wide goals
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding student progress and development
- Foster a nurturing, respectful, and values-based learning environment
- Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field from an accredited university
- Texas teaching certification preferred
- Two to three years of teaching experience preferred
- Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment
- Familiarity with Islamic culture and values preferred
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
