T Curriculum Developer

Description
The Bilingual and Spanish Interdisciplinary Clinical Training (BASIC-T) Program, part of the UCLA and Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health Public Partnership for Wellbeing, is seeking a full-time Curriculum Developer.

BASIC-T is dedicated to expanding the pipeline of culturally and linguistically responsive providers and enhancing training opportunities for behavioral health professionals serving diverse communities. This position will play a key role in developing engaging, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive training materials for psychologists, behavioral health providers, paraprofessionals, and school-based professionals.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and produce high-quality training materials, including presentations, videos, manuals, protocols, and job aids.
• Conduct interviews, focus groups, listening sessions, and field observations to inform curriculum design and training needs.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, contractors, and stakeholders to create and refine training content.
• Adapt and customize training materials for diverse audiences and learning environments.
• Curate and organize existing educational resources to support program goals.
• Assist with the development and implementation of special projects.
• Contribute to evaluation efforts by analyzing participant feedback and training data to improve learning outcomes and identify future training needs.

Salary range: $34.60/hr - $70.91/hr
