Pre-K Assistant Teacher (Full-Time)
We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Pre-K Assistant Teachers
. In this role, you will support our mission of fostering a nurturing, engaging, and play-based learning environment that encourages children to become confident, lifelong learners.
Our team is committed to providing a safe, supportive, and stimulating atmosphere where children can grow intellectually, socially, emotionally, and physically. We are looking for candidates who share our passion for early childhood education and child development.
Key Responsibilities- Assist Lead Teachers in planning and implementing age-appropriate activities that promote overall child development
- Support classroom management and maintain a structured, engaging learning environment
- Help prepare children for kindergarten by introducing early educational concepts through play-based learning
- Assist with daily routines, including meals, rest time, and classroom transitions
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Maintain open communication with parents using the classroom management system
- Follow all center policies, safety guidelines, and licensing requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in childcare or early education (preferred)
$14.00 – $15.00 per hour
