OVERVIEW St. George's University is seeking an International Student Recruitment Officer (IRO), Caribbean to support international student recruitment initiatives across the Caribbean region excluding Grenada. Reporting to the Associate Director, International Student Recruitment, the role focuses on generating qualified applications for the SGU Doctor of Medicine degree program across campuses in Grenada and the UK. This position supports recruitment strategy through outreach, admissions coordination, relationship management, and student engagement within the international education sector.

• Support tactical and strategic international recruitment initiatives across the Caribbean region excluding Grenada
• Generate qualified applications for the SGU Doctor of Medicine degree program
• Conduct recruitment outreach activities
• Provide educational counseling to prospective student audiences
• Support admissions-related processes and communication
• Manage CRM activities related to recruitment and student engagement
• Participate in recruitment events and outreach initiatives
• Build relationships with schools and agents
• Collaborate with admissions teams and regional managers

• 1–3 years of experience in international education and recruitment WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS International student recruitment professionals play an important role in connecting prospective student populations with educational opportunities. In this position, the successful candidate will contribute to recruitment efforts that support admissions growth, strengthen institutional visibility in the Caribbean region, and help prospective students navigate the degree application process.
